How will I be notified about my court dates?

Our office will email you with the date, time, and location of your scheduled court appearances.
You can also sign up for free text message reminders through the Kansas Judicial Branch. If you enroll, you'll receive reminder texts approximately three days and one day before your court date.
How do I join my court hearing by Zoom?

If your hearing is in the 5th Judicial District (Chase or Lyon County) or the 13th Judicial District (Butler, Elk, or Greenwood County), our office will email you the Zoom link and any instructions you need to join your hearing.
If your hearing is in the 8th Judicial District (Dickinson, Geary, Marion, or Morris County), Zoom information is available on the court's website. We encourage you to review the instructions before your hearing and contact our office if you have any questions about connecting.
